Shipping & Delivery
How long does my order take to arrive?
Your total delivery time consists of warehouse processing time and shipping transit time.
1. Warehouse Processing Time:
For in-stock items, please allow 1–3 business days for our team to prepare and ship your order. (Processing time is not included in the shipping estimate.)
2. Shipping Transit Time:
Contiguous U.S.: 5-8 business days.
U.S. Outlying Territories: 3-10 business days.
Canada: 10-15 business days.
Please Note:
Pre-orders: If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire shipment will be held until all items are ready. Please refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page.
Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $65 within the Contiguous United States.
What shipping methods are utilized?
We utilize external delivery services (Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, and USPS), but we cannot guarantee their delivery times.

About shipment tracking
Tracking numbers are assigned to the packages when they shipped. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed depending on item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.
Where does Keep-us ship from?
Typically, the majority of Keep-us's available products are shipped from the US, arriving within 1-5 business days. However, some items are shipped directly from our other factories, which may take 10-15 business days for delivery.
Through partnerships with leading manufacturers and distributors worldwide, we guarantee swift delivery of top-quality products that meet the highest standards.
What should I do if my package is missing?
If you haven't received your order yet or it's lost in transit with the carrier, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at support@keep-us.com. We're here to assist you and provide the necessary help.
Returns & Refunds
What is Keep-us's return policy?
1. Return Window
– Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
– The delivery date is defined as the date your package is marked delivered by the carrier.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all the following conditions:
– Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
– With all original tags and hygiene liners attached.
– Returned in the original packaging.
3. Non-returnable Items Include:
– Items marked as final sale, clearance.
– Mystery Box items.
– Items not purchased directly from keep-us.com. If your order was placed through Amazon or TikTok, please contact the respective platform for assistance.
4. Returns Shipping Fee
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality-related issue or error.
– If a Keep-us return label is used (U.S. only), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we've received your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund ASAP.
Refunds for credit card payments typically take 5-8 business days.
Refunds for PayPal payments typically take 3 business days.
How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a refund?
30-day return guarantee.
Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund or return?
Returns for Refund: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any reverse duties. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
U.S. Exchanges: Keep-us provides one free prepaid label per order for exchanges within the contiguous U.S.
International Exchanges: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
U.S. Return Labels (Via Portal): For U.S. returns, a $8.00 shipping label fee will be deducted from the final refund amount if a label is generated through our returns portal.
Quality Issues: Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a confirmed quality problem.
How to get refund?
Verify Eligibility: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. "Final Sale" items are non-refundable.

Ship Your Item:
U.S. Returns: A $8.00 shipping label fee will be deducted from your final refund.
International Returns: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Processing: Once received and inspected, your refund (minus original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
How do I exchange my order?

Include your order number and reason for exchange, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
We want you to feel completely comfortable in your Keep-us pieces. If the size or color isn't quite right, we're happy to help with an exchange.
– We offer exchanges for size or color changes.
– Customers in the contiguous U.S. are eligible for one complimentary exchange return label.
– For any additional exchanges, customers may be responsible for the associated shipping costs.
– Exchanges are processed after the original item has been received and inspected by our team.
How do I return and/or exchange multiple items or orders?
When returning any part of your order, please make sure there is no artificial damage to the products. The tags and packages must be in good condition.

Returning and/or Exchanging multiple items from the same order
If returning or exchanging multiple items from the same order, please include all items in the same box and use one return label. It's important that the return label matches the return content to ensure the appropriate refund is received once processed.
If possible, we recommend processing one return label per order; this way, only one return fee is applied even if multiple items are returned at once.
Returning or exchanging items from multiple orders
When items from different orders need to be returned, it is very important to create separate returns for each order and ensure that each item is packaged using the corresponding return label. In principle, one return label is used per order.
How to request a return?
When returning any part of your order, please make sure there is no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition. If you are not totally in love with how they feel or fit, simply exchange or return them within 30 days. Email support@keep-us.com with your Order ID (e.g. #1234 ), items' photos (with tag and package bag), and the detailed return reason. We are sorry, but the return label is for the Contiguous United States only, not for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S.V.I., etc.

How do I check my return status?
Return status
For the status of your return, we recommend referencing your return tracking number on the label.
You can expect to receive your refund and refund confirmation email within 3-5 business days after we receive the package. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If you select the gift card, a Keep-us gift card will be issued once your return order is in transit back to us, and sent to the email used to make the original purchase.

Exchange status
Once you return your original order using the return label provided by our team, your exchange will be processed, and a shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order is on its way to you.

How do I find my order number?
After completing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number, typically consisting of four or six digits.
Here's how to find your order number:
Check your email inbox or spam folder for order confirmation.
Create a Keep-us account using the email address you provided during purchase. Find your order number in your order history.

How do I change or cancel an order?
You can modify or cancel your order with the assistance of our Customer Support Team before it's processed.
If you missed the grace period, don't worry! We're committed to helping you find the ideal fit and we provide easy Exchanges & Returns within 30 days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can track your order through the tracking link in the email or by logging into your account on Keep-us.com.
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages, and you will receive a separate email notification for each package. These notifications will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of your order.
If you are unable to track your order, please contact us by sending an email to support@keep-us.com with your order number and request.
Why was my order cancelled?
When your order is flagged as high-risk by our system, it may be canceled. If you receive a cancellation notice, please verify your payment method with your financial institution and contact our Customer Support Team. All charges will be refunded once your order details are confirmed.
What should I do if I did not receive my delivered package?
First, please check around your premises where the package may have been left, and ask your neighbors in case it was delivered to the wrong address. Also, look for any "Attempted Delivery" notices, which indicate that the carrier tried to deliver your package but nobody was home.
If you still do not see your package, please allow an additional 1-2 days as sometimes the carrier's tracking system may show that the package has been delivered even though it's still in route. Still no luck? Contact the carrier with your tracking number for more details.

What currency is the site in?
Our website currently operates in USD for transactions. However, you can also convert and settle payments in your local currency.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept a wide variety of payment options.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit cards, as well as additional payment methods like Shop Pay and PayPal.
How secure is my payment information?
Rest assured, your payment is secure and your information remains private. We utilize encrypted forms to ensure the utmost security of all sensitive data.
Does Keep-us charge sales tax?
In accordance with legal requirements, taxes may be charged and collected on products we sell, based on the tax laws applicable to the shipping or delivery location. During checkout, all applicable taxes will be included in the order total. The tax estimate displayed at checkout may vary slightly from the actual tax amount due to differences in tax rates based on the origin and destination of the purchased item(s), among other factors.
Discounts
How do I apply my discount code?
On the checkout page, you'll notice a box where you can enter your discount code. Once you input the code, click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.
*Please note that only one discount can be applied per order. If multiple discounts or automatic offers are available, our system will automatically apply the single highest discount to ensure you get the best deal.

Why isn't my coupon code working?
Please check for the following potential issues:
Ensure that your coupon code has not expired.
Some codes may have limitations on specific products or total order amounts.
If an automatic discount offers a better deal than your code, the system will prioritize the highest discount available. Discounts cannot be combined.
Certain coupon codes, like store credit codes, are tied to your Keep-us account.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Sign in to your Keep-us account using the email address associated with your promo code. Select the desired code during the checkout process.
